New schedules take effect July 21, 2008!
People Mover is implementing annual service changes on Monday, July 21. Changes include service every 30 minutes on route 9 and 15! Other changes include adding new service on route 45 to the Glenn Square Mall and elimination of route 65 in South Anchorage and 79 in Eagle River. For more information see the new schedule on this web site or call the rideline at 343-6543.
Seniors Ride Free every Wednesday Seniors age 60 and over may show proof of age to Bus Operators to ride for free every Wednesday. Visit Customer Service at the Downtown Transit Center to learn about other senior benefits including reduced fare passes, free travel training and trip planning.
Kids Ride Free every Thursday Youth between the ages of 5 and 18 can ride for free every Thursday this summer between May 22 and August 19.
